These rates are in Euro per person sharing and include room service breakfast. Check in after 4pm, check out at 12pm.

Upon making a reservation we will ask you for your credit card details in order to guarantee the room. We will also ask your permission to charge a non refundable booking fee of Euro 60 to your card which will later be credited to your bill. In case of cancellation up to two days before arrival you will loose this booking fee. In case of cancellation of two days or less before arrival the first day will be charged in full, less the booking fee. In case of no show you will be charged the full amount of the booking less the booking fee.
We do recommend that you take out travel insurance.

We reserve the right to charge your card for all damage done to your room during your stay or for any items missing when you leave.

In order to secure a reservation we require a deposit of half the rental, the remainder being due 6 weeks prior to arrival. These deposits are non refundable. We do not charge extra for final cleaning but on arrival will bill you with a security deposit of Euro 100.00 which will be returned only if the house is left in an adequate condition.
We do recommend that you take out a travel insurance.
