Terms & Conditions

* A non refundable deposit of 50% is payable to secure the reservation.
* The final, non refundable, payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
* All rates are in Euro per unit per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
* Electricity, gas, oil and telephone are not included.
* Bed - linen, towels and all other household linen is included, except beach towels. Weekly exchange of linen on request.
* On departure the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
* All waste, properly sorted for recycling, has to be deposited in the appropriate council containers.
* All furniture has to be back in its place and all kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, fridge be left clean.
* In order to insure this you will be charged with a security deposit of Euro 100.00 upon arrival. The house will be checked after your departure and this deposit refunded   by post or credit card if there has been no loss or damage and the house was found in good condition.
* Cots have to be reserved at the time of booking.
* No pets allowed, except in Dunmanus Pier and this only by prior arrangement.
* All damage caused by pets is the pet owners responsibility. Pet fouling has to be removed by the pet owners.
* Occupancy per house higher than the number of beds by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Non compliance will result in the loss of reservation and deposit.
* We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuables or personal property and recommend you have the appropriate insurance cover.
* The proprietors and employees of Blairscove shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.
* In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of Blairscove howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of Blairscove.
* Check-in after 4PM, check-out 10AM unless by prior arrangement.
* The management may terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not complied with.
* We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover eventual loss of deposit or payment.
* By given us your credit card details you automatically agree that we can charge the balance to the card when due. We will notify you when the transaction has taken place.
